PLUS, one- room someone had melted the hair dryer and also used it to melt toilet seat. On trip back through May 30th, 20323, again 2 rooms, both rooms carpets were FAR worse than week earlier issue in both rooms. temp settings are hidden on back of frig. The other room frig/freezer was so noisy could barely sleep. Again, refrigerator did not cool and only one room had a freezer. Carpets also so worn that seams were showing. Both rooms the Carpets poorly vacuumed and dirty-needed shampoo. One room had cigarette burns in curtains. This year May 25th, 2023, had 2 rooms again on way south. WRONG!!!!!!!! This year was a GREAT disappointment. Thought we had found a good place to staff on trips to see family. One room's refrigerator had freezer other did not. We only had issues in one room-TV didn't work-staff could not fix and refrigerator did not work well.
